From the AIRSEA II investment philosophy
Our approach
Five principles.
One complete view.
Every aircraft has its own history, needs, and place in the market. These principles keep our attention on the decisions that matter throughout ownership.
Read our investment philosophy →Acquire intelligently.
Invest strategically.
01
Acquire intelligently.
Examine the market, the aircraft, and the purchase price together. Ground the decision in financial and technical analysis.
02
Invest strategically.
Consider improvements that can meaningfully change condition, capability, or market appeal. Give each capital decision a purpose.
03
Manage risk.
Look closely at maintenance exposure, engines, inspections, records, modifications, and the capital ownership may require.
04
Position effectively.
Present the aircraft’s strongest attributes accurately, with attention to what prospective business aviation buyers need.
05
Exit responsibly.
Handle the transaction with transparency and professionalism. Protect the relationships that should outlast the sale.
An aircraft in mind?
Let’s talk about the details.
Our investment philosophy
Value takes
a longer view.
Our objective is to create value through aviation assets.
That starts with understanding what an aircraft is today and what the right acquisition, maintenance strategy, and improvements could make possible.
We consider its economic life, future capital needs, and potential place in the market. Knowledge, patience, and disciplined purchasing guide that work.
Our commitment
Integrity. Discretion. Transparency.
Accountability. Professionalism.
Aircraft bring people together. We approach each transaction with the intention of building a relationship that lasts beyond it.
Joe Rizzo, enjoying time on the water with family.
